    The Landmark Medical case, finally.   After more than ten continuances, Judge Shiela Hanson rules in Orange County that the prosecution has not met their burden and cannot enter evidence.

    Chiropractor Paul Turley sentenced to two years in prison, stayed, in San Diego pending successful probation.  He pleaded guilty to LC3215 and PC550(b)(3). 

    The sentencing of Paul Turley, a former associate of Dr. Munir Uwaydah and Frontline Medical, took place in San Diego Superior Court in downtown at 1100 Union Street on Wednesday afternoon, February 23rd 2022.  It was held before Judge Daniel Goldstein in court room 1102.
